You must be 18 or over, of sound mind and living within England or Wales. You must also hold assets over £5000. This service is not suitable if you have any children from a previous relationship.

*Please Note, to make your changes legally binding you will need to have two witnesses sign and confirm the amendment is your latest Will.

If you wish to leave your estate to a loved one, or perhaps a specific gift to a close friend. Your Will tells people who you want to benefit from your assets when you die. If you don’t have a Will and an executor cannot be agreed by your family, then the government will decide how your assets are distributed.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will be allowed full access to the site until this subscription expires. During this time, you will be able to amend and download you will freely. Once your subscription expires, you will be required to pay the full cost of a will to download any updated documents you may have.
